Ms. Chen graduated Pepperdine University (B.S., Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, 1980) and Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1987). She passed the California bar examination in 1987.
1987 – 1993 McCarthy Flowers and Roberts – construction litigation, transactional work, probate and trust administration
1993 – 1995 Barringer and Lawrence – estate litigation
1995 – present Judy H. Chen, Attorney at Law – post-death administration
Ms. Chen has handled probate matters throughout the state of California, and has worked with clients residing in Japan, Florida, Illinois, Taiwan, Ghana, and Canada.
